By using Cucinario you agree to what is written here. We tried to keep it short and readable.

What the service is

Cucinario is an application that, starting from a link or a photo you provide, derives a structured recipe — ingredients, quantities and steps — and stores it in your personal library.

Subscription and payments

Cucinario Annuale costs 19,99 € all'anno. It is a subscription with automatic renewal. There is a single tier: there are no additional features to purchase separately.

The terms, in full:

• Duration: 12 mesi. The period renews automatically at the end of the term.
• Price: 19,99 € per anno. The price shown in your store is the one that applies, in the currency of your country.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account on confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless automatic renewal is turned off almeno 24 ore prima of the end of the current period.
• The renewal charge occurs nelle 24 ore precedenti the end of the current period, for the amount indicated above.
• You can manage the subscription and disable automatic renewal from the settings of your App Store or Google Play account after purchase.
• Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their policies: we do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.

If you do not renew, the recipes you have already saved remain readable and exportable. New imports stop, not access to your library.

Third-party content

Cucinario is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest or by any other platform mentioned.

When you import a link, the app processes content published by others. You are responsible for having the right to use that content. The recipe you obtain is for your personal use: it does not authorize you to republish the original material.

We respect copyright. If you believe the service infringes your rights, write to support@cucinario.app.

What you cannot do

• Use the service to violate the law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent import limits or access other people's private content.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service.

Service limits, stated clearly

The automatic extraction of a recipe from a video is not infallible. Quantities, times and steps may contain errors, especially if the original video is imprecise or incomplete.

Always check the recipe before cooking, in particular regarding cooking of meat, fish, eggs and preserves, allergens and intolerances. Cucinario is not a food safety source and does not replace your judgment.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages resulting from the use of or the inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law grants to consumers.

Your content remains yours

The recipes you save, the notes you add and the photos you upload remain yours. You grant us only the technical permission necessary to store them and show them to you. You can export or delete them whenever you want.

Account closure

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that repeatedly violates these terms, after notifying you except in serious cases.

Applicable law

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer your rights and the jurisdiction provided by the laws that protect you remain unaffected.

Changes

If we change these terms we update the date at the top of the page and notify you in the app for relevant changes.
